Guide

We strictly abide by country’s stipulation for 3-R guarantees (guaranteed repair, replacement and refund), and offer 12 months guarantee period for TLIDA cell phones battery users. If you find any problem during this period, please contact with local dealer in time for replacement unless the following issues happen:

1. No 3-R guarantees warrant and valid invoice

2. Exceed period of validity for 3-R guarantees

3. Damages caused by incorrect using, repairing and maintaining

4. Damages caused by repairer ’s (not from TLIDA) dismantling

5. The descriptions in 3-R guarantees warrant are not in accordance with the identification of life product, or the descriptions are written over

6. Damages caused by force majeure
